At present there is only one collection (the ePrints Collection) within the ePrints Community.

If the item is part of a larger publication, for example, a chapter from a Book, or a conference paper from the Proceedings of a conference, enter the name of the larger work here. Further details such as conference location and page numbers can be included, if desired. e.g.

Go to topFollow the screen directions to locate on your local hard drive the file to be uploaded. If you are submitting eprints from a web page, copy the relevant document file to your local drive first.
When you select the "Browse" button, a dialog box will open. Select the relevant directory, then the relevant file, then click the "Open" button and the file's path and name will appear in the Document File box.

If you specified at the beginning of the submit process that you had more than one file to upload for this item, you will see an input box marked "File Description". The information you provide here will help users to understand what information is in each file, for instance, "main article" or "images" or "computer program" or "data set". Enter file descriptions for each item, and click on the "next" button to proceed.
The name of the file, its size, and the file format will display. Check for correctness. Read the screen instructions for details, and use the links to further information if required.
The file format should have "(Known)" after it. If you click on this you will see the Demetrius file support policy in which a long list of file formats are listed as "known", but not all are equally manageable. The best formats for storage and management of documents on the repository are Adobe PDF, XML, HTML and LateX.
To make changes select either the Click here if this is the wrong format or Click here if this is the wrong file box.
If you indicated previously that there is more than one file for this submission, then more files can be added using the Add Another File button.
Click on the Next button to proceed, or Cancel/Save to stop and save or cancel your submission.
Go to topVerify the correctness of what you have keyed in so far and amend if necessary, using the grey correction buttons at the right, or the oval buttons in the tracking bar at the top of the page.

Note: This is the last point at which you can Cancel/Save or go back to change data. If you wish to review your item further don't click Next.

Go to topSubmissions to the ePrints Collection in Demetrius are reviewed by Division of Information staff. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as your submission has become a part of the collection, or if for some reason there is a problem with your submission.
You can check the status of the item by going to your My DSpace page, where you can also view all of your submissions by selecting View Accepted Submissions.
