Rare Books / Special Collections Retrieval Service
ANU rare books and special collections are housed in a closed access collection held in the Rare Book Room in the R.G. Menzies Building. This material cannot be borrowed but is available upon request for use in the Menzies Building. This material is identified in the catalogue under Location "MENZIES
rare book" in the catalogue.
Use this form to retrieve ONLY those items.
Online requests must be submitted by 10am or 2pm Monday to Friday and 1.30pm on Saturdays & Sundays to be collected at the next pickup.
Rare Books and Special Collections are retrieved at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 10.30am and 2.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 1.45pm
Please allow 10-15 minutes for retrieval.
Rare Books and Special Collections are held at the R.G. Menzies Building information desk for **seven days only**.
