ArticleReach is provided free-of-charge to ANU staff and students.
Standard Document Supply
For most loans for ANU staff, postgraduate and honours students, the cost of the loan is charged to the appropriate Library Access and Collections vote . However, where appropriate, charges must be paid or authorised before a request is sent.
Charges are non-refundable irrespective of the success or failure of the request, except for unsuccessful requests from the National Library or reciprocal access libraries. Users will not be charged for items requested to replace items that are missing from the ANU collection.
Costs for the Self Service options vary, since copyright and royalty fees are set by the rights holder (publishers and authors). Typical prices are US $5.00 - US $20.00.
All charges include GST. Charges totalling less than $50 must be paid for at the time of collection by Monitor, credit or debit card.
