Materials will be despatched by the method stipulated by the requesting library. Materials will normally be faxed or mailed. If a commercial courier is required, it must be arranged and paid for by the requesting library.
All requests are treated as "Core" unless designated "Rush" and will be supplied in four working days. Prices are GST inclusive.

Requests must be designated "Rush". ANU does not supply Express.
If we are unable to supply an item Rush, we will advise the requesting library by fax or telephone within 24 hours, or as soon as this becomes apparent.
