Thank You

The Collection Relocation Project is now complete and the University Library thanks staff and students for their patience and support during the course of the Project.

In August 2007 the University Library started a project to relocate approximately 30 per cent of the collection to an off campus store, to make space available for new books and journals and to increase the amount of space available to support learning on campus.

The main changes are:

  • A new Library location, the ANU Print Repository,
  • located at Hume
  • More space in the Library for new books and journals
  • 330 new learning spaces
  • 4 newly designed flexible learning laboratories
  • 261 additional power points in public areas
  • Wireless network access in all libraries
  • Enhanced public and study areas
  • 20 additional computers in the Menzies Library
  • Refurbished Art Library
