Stromlo-Hancock Intra-Library Loan requests

| Library catalogue | Jump to form

The Science Precinct is trialling a service to allow staff and students located at Stromlo to request monographs from the Hancock Building.

How do I request a book currently available in the Hancock Building?

Complete the following form to request an item for loan. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be to find the book.
You may like to cut and paste information from the ANU Library catalogue.

Following your request, the book(s) you have requested will be loaned to you, and you will be sent an email confirming the title(s) requested.

All loans will be subject to the Library's loan rules. You're able to view your loans record at any time.

How long will it take for the book to arrive from campus?

The book will be sent via internal mail and collected as part of the regular Stromlo Courier run to the campus.

How do I return a book I've borrowed?

Return the book to the Stromlo branch library, or send the book via the courier service addressed to the Hancock Loans Desk, Hancock Building #43.

I have a question. Who should I ask?

For questions about Library services and resources, please email astronomy.library@anu.edu.au.
