ArticleReach (journal article requests)

ArticleReach is a consortium of academic libraries which have created a combined catalogue of their journal collections.

Authorised users from each member library can request articles from other member libraries' by requesting them online.

Request an article

You can request an article via ArticleReach in one of three ways:

  1. Make a request via the online ArticleReach form. Log in using your name and barcode (for example E123456F) found on your ANU ID card or Library card.
    Note: Please include the journal ISSN to help us process your request as quickly as possible.
  2. Search the ArticleReach Union Catalogue for your journal. Once found, select the Request Article link at the bottom of the record.
  3. Select ‘Find it @ ANU' when available in a database. This will give you a link to ArticleReach with the details already filled out.

Access your article

When your article is available you will receive a link to My Library Record. Log in using your ANU ID and password and then click through to your article. Articles are available for 30 days.

Articles that are unavailable via ArticleReach

Requests for articles not available through ArticleReach will be forwarded to the Document Supply Service whenever possible or you will be contacted directly.
