Australian ORCID Consortium launched

The Australian ORCID Consortium was officially launched at The Australian National University (ANU) on 15 February.

The Australian Consortium, led by the Australian Access Federation (AAF), brings together 39 Australian institutions, including ANU, to work together to make research more accessible through the adoption of ORCID, a unique identifier for researchers

The AFF will provide support to each of the 39 institutions to maximize the benefits of ORCID in Australia. 

The ANU Library will run a number of free ORCID sign-up sessions over the coming months. Interested ANU students and staff can register via the below links:
