A free shuttle service between Hancock Library and the National Library of Australia (NLA) began operating on Tuesday 3 April. This allows ANU students and staff to travel quickly between the 2 locations, greatly enhancing their access to important research resources.

The ANU Campus Traveller bus departs on the hour and runs from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Look for the yellow and blue bus at the entrance to Biology Place, the road next to Hancock Library. Return shuttles will leave approximately 15 minutes past the hour from the National Library. The last shuttle back to ANU will depart the NLA at 5:15pm.

The ANU Campus Traveller bus can be tracked in real time using the ANUOK app.

This service is being provided by the ANU Library in response to the flooding of the Chifley Library and the loss of access to the collections located on level 1.
