The ANU Library is continuing to rebuild our collection following the Chifley flood. This couldn’t be done without the help of our supporters – which includes our colleagues in the academic community and some publishers and vendors.
Cambridge University Press have made an incredibly generous contribution to our rebuilding efforts. They recently supplied us with over 1,400 eBooks at a significant discount, which directly replace items lost during the flood.
These new titles cover a wide range of disciplines, particularly Philosophy and History – the two largest collections stored in Level 1 during the flood.
All of these items are now available in the catalogue!
To date, over 12,000 titles lost in the flood are available through the library. Many of these were donations from the ANU community, and we are incredibly grateful for your assistance. The ANU Library has also purchased a large number of titles. Check out our weekly updates to browse through the replacement items added to our collection.
