Art & Music Library April update – additional essential building works

Reopening of the Art & Music Library will be delayed with further essential building works now being required. Construction staff have identified essential electrical work that is required to be undertaken in the ceiling of the Art & Music branch. 

As a result, the existing compactus units that are currently in the immediate vicinity of this work will be dismantled and removed. The collection material in these units will also be rehoused, within the current Art & Music library space. 

At this stage it is anticipated that this work will take at least approximately twelve weeks to complete. 

The majority of the collection in the compactus is available through Click & Collect. If you require access to any items that are not available via Click & Collect, please email artmusic.library@anu.edu.au. 

We will provide further updates on the Library website throughout this process.
