Hail repair update

Menzies Library 

• A crane will be on site on Tuesday 19 September from 6.30am to 1pm. This will be in the small back carpark, and traffic controls will be in place.
• The roofing demolition is now complete, and waterproofing membrane installed.
• The copper box gutters currently being installed with roof sheets to follow. The box gutter lining has been replaced with stronger ply as the existing was not in good condition.
• Roofers will commence demolition of copper on lower roof. The courtyard area will be replaced last, towards the end of the year.
