Chifley Library

The Chifley Library, named after Joseph Benedict Chifley (Prime Minister of Australia from 1945-1949), supports the teaching, learning and research activities of staff and students in the ANU College of Arts & Social Sciences and the ANU College of Business and Economics.

The Library is also a valuable resource for the broader ANU community and visiting scholars and researchers, and welcomes all members of the public.

Collections

The Chifley Library collection supports the social sciences and humanities (SS&H) and includes studies in business and economics.

The SS&H Collection is primarily located in the Chifley Library, however there are some SS&H materials housed in other Library locations.
