New printing experience

PaperCut, a new Follow-Me printing system, is coming. Print from any campus Multi-Function Printers with your ANU ID card.

From early February 2025 you’ll see PaperCut gradually rolled out in libraries and residences, followed by the rest of the University.

There’s will be a new and easier way to top up your credit, ask for refund and report an issue with a printer. All the printing information you need is in one place on the ANU website. Check it out so you know how to print using the new system.

Your quota remains the same. Any existing balance you had will be carried over to the new system.
