Update on hail repairs - Chifley Library

This is our final hail repair update for 2022.

We thank you for your patience during this process and look forward to seeing continued progress in 2023!

Update on work

• Construction has been progressing well, and the team are about halfway through the metal roof replacement.

• Large cranes were on site Friday 16 and Monday 19 December to assist in shifting old roof sheets, materials, and new roof sheets. This has set up construction for the start of 2023.

• The construction team are working to establish a temporary parenting room while Level 4 is inaccessible. We will provide you with an update when it is available.

• Chifley Library will be closed over the ANU shutdown period, including 24-hour access.
