ANU Law Library now open 24/7

26 July 2021

If the mood to study strikes at midday or midnight, you have even more access to safe and comfortable study areas on campus

The ANU Law Library is now open 24/7!

This means that three library branches – Chifley, Hancock and Law – are available to staff and students around the clock! Just remember to bring your ANU ID card for access after-hours (between 5pm and 9am).

So, if the mood to study strikes at midday or midnight, you have even more access to safe and comfortable study areas on campus.

This exciting change started on Monday 26 July, to coincide with the start of Semester 2.

The Menzies and Art & Music library branches also have extended hours this semester:

  • Art & Music will be open until 8pm on Tuesday nights
  • Menzies will be open until 8pm on Wednesday nights, and from 1-7pm on Saturdays.

All of our Opening Hours are listed, and regularly updated, on our website.

These changes are all in response to student feedback, and part of ANU Library’s focus on improving services. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with our friendly library staff.
