New webpages: support for research data management

Data Management is an integral part of modern research and thanks to a series of new webpages, researchers can learn more about planning, sharing, and managing data.

The new webpages, a collaborative project between the ANU Library, ANU Research Services, and ANU Research Skills and Training, have been designed to:

• introduce students and researchers to existing data management services at ANU
• highlight the legal, institutional and funding issues related to data and its appropriate management
• showcase what tools are available for data collection and management of research.

All researchers wanting to use good data management practice for grant applications; efficiently manage high quality data; and achieve greater exposure for their research, should visit the new research data management webpages.
