ANU Print Repository title

The ANU Print Repository is currently closed while the collections are being relocated.

Collections housed at the Repository include:

  • print serials published prior to 1990
  • print serials published post 1989 which are duplicated online
  • other less-used collections, including some formed monograph collections.

What can you borrow and for how long title

ANU staff and students can borrow items from the ANU Library collection using a current ANU ID Card or Library borrowing card.

Not a current ANU staff member or student? The ANU Library welcomes members of the community to use its libraries and become a registered external borrower.

If the ANU Library does not have the item you need, eligible clients may request and borrow resources from other libraries.

ANU Print Repository relocation title

Did you know that the majority of the ANU Library’s print collection is stored off-site?

Most print journals and lesser-used items are stored in the ANU Print Repository. This collection takes up around 45kms of shelving! 

Starting Monday 13 November, the entire collection stored at the repository will be moving to a new storage facility. This relocation will enable a long-term strategy for collection storage.

Did you know that the majority of the ANU Library’s print collection is stored off-site? 

Most print journals, records, and lesser-used items are stored in the ANU Print Repository in Hume. This collection takes up around 45kms of shelving! 

The entire collection stored at the repository is in the process of being moved to a new storage facility in Symonston. As you can imagine, this is a significant project. The relocation will enable a long-term strategy for collection storage.
